As all of America knows, per the media, times are horrible, homes sales are down, nothing is selling and everyone is giving homes away ( or close to it)   right???   WRONG!!!

I am very proud to announce that despite " a down market" I just completed my most successful year ever in real estate not only in sales volume ( even though average prices are way down) but also in the number of properties I SOLD!  My amount of sales transactions were up almost + 57% in 2009 as compared to 2008 and my closed sales volume was up +30% , even with lower values and more lower end properties selling!  My average sold price as % of list price is 98.30% while our local market ( MLS) average is only 91.18% of list price. ( Meaning if a home is listed for $100,000 I sell it for $98,300  while the competition only gets you $91,180)

 Last but not least I sold 5 homes in 2009 for MORE THAN LIST PRICE!!!
